From marsh mills round about head west towards leigham round about. taking the 4th exit towards marsh mills industrial estate. at the lights take a left onto barnstaple close, follow the road around to the left and at the round about take the second exit onto Bampton Road. at the next mini roundabout go left onto Babbacome Close and the property can be found on the left.
